Danell helps clients determine which mortgage program will best fit his or her needs. Danell's goal is to get your buyer formally pre-approved. Her specialty is always having a "Plan B" and knowing that there is a solution 99% of the time. If there is a reason your buyer cannot be approved, Danell can tell you the reason for denial, what the client needs to do to be approved and a time frame that it will take. Danell has a B.A in Sociology from the College of Wooster in Ohio and an M.S.W. from GVSU. Danell comes to Providence with 8 years in the housing field working first as the Education Coordinator for ICCF, Program Marketer for ICCF and Loan Officer for Exchange Financial. |

| Stacey is responsible for the processing and closing component of our team. After the application has been taken, you'll be speaking with Stacey throughout the process. Any questions after the application can be directed to her. She is willing to update both selling and listing agents. She can also do a pre-closing review to discuss the closing documents. It is Stacey's goal to keep every transaction as smooth, quick and efficient as possible. Stacey graduated from WMU with a degree in art and art education. |  |
